TEAM ACADEMY 2.0

The DreamDocX Team Academy is a 6 month program designed to help you tweak and customize the systems and procedures you use in your office. As a member you will receive access to our client portal containing all of the concept modules you and your staff need to create or fix your systems and procedures. You will also receive access to our DreamDocX Doctor's Program and the DreamDocX online Community that contains daily content to help you grow as a doctor and business person.

The Team Academy 2.0 consists weekly or biweekly 60 minute coaching calls (depending on your immediate needs) with one of our Team Academy coaches that are customized to your office and team needs. These calls are structured around the concept modules that you will watch before each call, and homework to go along with that call once you have finished the training session. This way we can address all systems and procedures you are using to make sure you and your team are being as efficient and organized as possible. Your team will also have access to these calls if necessary.

We know how difficult and time consuming it can be to create or fix systems and procedures in the office. That is why we created the Team Academy, to help you do just that and create a smooth and well run office with a well-trained team.
